I charge clients a rate of Ja$250 per hour for social media services and Ja350 per hour for clerical support. All the time spent on your project will be recorded and a copy of the time report along with my invoice will be sent bi-weekly for hourly work, or at the end of the month for clients with packages.

Packages I Offer
Blogging – Includes keyword research, writing your content OR proofreading your content, uploading content, sourcing/creating images, product upload and description for online sites.
Social Media Support – Includes account set-up, following/liking/sharing/retweeting on your behalf, image creation, sourcing content, posting/scheduling content.
(For scheduling, you will need an account with a scheduling application such as Buffer, Hootsuite, SmarterQueue, etc. These applications will require you to pay a monthly fee. I can help with set-up)

Unused Package Hours
The unused time within a package is non-refundable. Unused time will not be rolled over to the following month.
Training/Communication
I will invoice you at my hourly rate for all communication and/or review of training materials.

How To Communicate With Me
I prefer email communication. However, we can chat over the phone, through Skype or meet personally where possible.
Payment Options
I accept payments through PayPal, Payoneer Paylinx, Bank of Nova Scotia and National Commercial Bank. Clients with packages pay up front to secure my time.
Project Updates
Regular updates are just as important to me as they are to you. Hence, I like to make my clients aware of the progress we’re making. I’ll update you as often as you wish, by your preferred method of communication.
Client Confidentiality
I will never share your contact or project information with anyone. I will destroy all documents and passwords within 30 days after our arrangement comes to an end.
